Ann-Tyler (A-T) Connell is the Founder and Principal at Drakestone Partners LLC, a full-service corporate communications and community affairs consultancy. A seasoned corporate communications executive, A-T brings more than 25 years of experience guiding Fortune 100 companies and C-suite executives in internal and external communications strategy, stakeholder engagement and corporate reputation management.  

Previously, A-T served as a Communications Executive at Bank of America. Over her 17-year tenure at the bank, she led communications and PR efforts for human resources, Environmental Sustainability and Net Zero business efforts, consumer products, corporate reputation and ESG, among others.  

A-T brings a unique blend of experience across all aspects of corporate affairs, crisis management, brand marketing and business operations. Prior to Bank of America, A-T started her career working in college athletics and event management at Carter Ryley Thomas PR, the Colonial Athletic Association, Raycom Sports and the Atlantic Coast Conference. 

A native of Richmond, Virginia, A-T earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Virginia. She and her husband Matt reside in Charlotte with their three children.
